Application Method

1. Surface Preparation

Proper preparation is critical for effective membrane bonding: Clean the Surface: Remove dirt, grease, and loose material using a wire brush, broom, or pressure washer. Repair Defects: Fill cracks or voids and smooth rough areas to ensure uniformity. Dry the Surface: Ensure the surface is completely dry to enhance adhesion.

2. Primer Application

Select a Primer: Use a primer compatible with the waterproofing membrane. Apply Evenly: Coat the entire surface with a roller or brush to improve bonding strength.

3. Membrane Application

Adhesive Membranes: Remove the protective film, press the membrane onto the surface, and smooth with a roller to eliminate air bubbles.
Heated Membranes: Heat the membrane evenly, place it on the surface, and press firmly, ensuring proper adhesion at edges and joints.
Liquid Membranes: Mix thoroughly and apply evenly in layers using a brush, roller, or spray gun. Allow each layer to dry before applying the next.
